Description
Antique illustration of a Dionysiac scene: a Bacchant riding a Centaur (mythological creatures with the upper body of a human and the lower body of a horse). The naked Bacchant holds a thyrsus (staff of giant fennel topped with a pine cone, symbol of, fertility and hedonism associated with Dionysus) and has the Centaur (a Satyr) by the hair, the Centaur has his hands tied behind his back.
