February is known as the month of love. Since the month have several events regarding with love such as Valentine and White’s day. It relates to give gifts such as chocolates, roses, or even other gifts for the loved ones. The events also made people to be more in love with each other because they’re tend to show more about love and affection toward each other. People tend to correlate Valentine’s with Heart cliparts and arrow to depict lovestruck. Therefore, if you want to depict Valentine’s by drawing hearts with an arrow, you can follow my instructions. Prepare a paper, a pencil, and an eraser. Now we’re ready to draw!

Steps:

Step 1: First of all, we’ll start by drawing the guidelines. The purpose of guidelines is to help you estimate the size of the picture you’re drawing. Start drawing the arrow first by making a diagonal line in the center of your paper. The length of the line needs to fit the whole picture of the hearts in the middle of the arrow that we’re making.

Step 2: Moving on to the next step. To make an arrow, you’ll need to make the arrowhead. You can make it by making triangles on the end part of the line you made earlier. The end part must be with the one on the lower part (see picture to better understand).

Step 3: After the previous step, we’ll continue drawing the detail of the arrow by making the fletching. Start making it by making parallelograms that intersect with each other on the other end of the line.

When drawing hearts with an arrow, the most important part is to look at the reference. How do you want your drawing to look like? How creative you want it to be? This is important because we do want to make our drawing to be more creative than others. Therefore, it’s important especially drawing the guideline to help you guide the drawing you want. You’ll need keen eyes and a lot of practice so you can make your drawing perfect. Good luck!
