How to draw a red Flower?

Flower is a wonderful creation, it is an expression of different emotions and it brings peace to ones soul. The fragrance of a flower refreshes a soul. Today we will learn how to draw a flower.

Step 1:
First of all draw a curvy long line to make a stem.

Step 2:
Now draw several small circles joined to each other, at the upper end of the stem.

Step 3:
Now draw a irregular heart shape to make the petal.

Step 4:
Now draw another petal side by side. Draw an oval shape and then at the upper end of it draw a line parallel to the upper corner of the petal. This is to give the petal a fold look.

Step 5:
Now draw another irregular oval along the previous drawn petal to make another petal.

Step 6:
Draw s curved line starting from fourth petal and meeting in the middle of flower.

Step 7:
Draw another irregular oval.

Step 8:
Draw another oval and in it too draw a line parallel to upper corned to give folded look.

Step 9:
Now draw small curved lines in each petal, some starting from the middle and some starting form upper corners of petals. These lines are to add a little detail to the flower.

Step 10:
Now lets make leaves. In the middle of the stem, draw a leaf shape.

Step 11.
Now draw a straight line in between the leaf dividing it in two. And then several small slanting each side, to make veins of the leaf.

Step 12:
Repeat the same on the other side of the stem to make another flower. And your flower is ready. You can make another flower the same way, by repeating the same process, to give it a more complete look. And color it whatever you like!
